Surface Protection:
Lubrication: The surface of acid-cleaned products is lubricated with protective oil unless otherwise specified.
At least ”normal oil ler protection is recommended to reduce the risk of corrosion in acidified products.
The guarantee period of corrosion in acidic and normal oil products is 3 months as of the notification date.
We are not responsible for the risk of corrosion caused by the stocking and shipment of acid and normal oil products.
Surface quality:
For surface defects in hot rolled products, the standard EN 10163-2 (Class B Subclass 3) is guaranteed.
weldability:
Using the carbon equivalent (CE_IIW) formulation commonly used in the literature to give information about the generally weldability of hot rolled steels, the results of the formula can be interpreted as follows. However, it is necessary to evaluate the C and CE values together to determine the weldability of the steels.

0,30 <% CE <0,55: Can be welded using suitable welding material and suitable temperature.
% CE ≥ 0,55: Can be welded with special welding practices.
